Resolution of PayPal Payment Module Issue
We are writing to inform you that the issue with PayPal Payments failing to match the transaction to your Cloud Sprout invoice and auto-migrate to the updated PayPal payment module has been resolved. We have processed refunds for any extra payments that were made.
To ensure that the auto-migration process completes successfully during your next scheduled invoice, please allow PayPal autopayment to occur. You may receive a notification from PayPal about the subscription cancellation. **This does not mean that your services have been canceled.** Our system must cancel the previous subscription to migrate it to the new system.
Additionally, you can manage your autopay method directly in the client area. Here are the steps to update your autopay method on recurring invoices:
1. Log in to the Client Area: https://cloudsprout.us.com/myaccount/
2. Navigate to Billing: Go to the 'Billing' section from the main menu.
3. Manage Payment Methods: Select 'Payment Methods' to view your current payment method.
4. Update Autopay Method: Add New or edit your preferred payment method for recurring invoices and save the changes.
